Halloween Parties!

On Saturday, we had marathon Halloween/Birthday parties for two of my daughters. I had about a 2 hour gap between parties to get ready for the next one. It was very exhausting, but the kids had a blast. I am not sure if it was worth doing both in one day,but at the time it seemed like a good idea. In our city, they had a mass H1N1 vaccine clinic the same day. It was our only chance to get the kids vaccinated. Soooooooo, my dh stood in the long line at the clinic while we were having our first party. He got to the front of the line and called me on the cell phone and said "come now". I was rather embarrassed when we had to leave our party 10 minutes early, and my next door neighbor came over and waited for our guests to be picked up by their parents. Too many things going on in one day!!!!!!!!! Oh well :).

Here are just a few snapshots from the parties. Nothing fancy, but we had fun. My brother Jared came dressed up as a scary hag, and told the girls a story with gross things in paper bags that the girls had to reach in and feel. It was funny to watch their reactions.
